JOE METTLE DROPS SIXTH STUDIO ALBUM DUBBED, “THE EXPERIENCE”.
Multiple award-winning Ghanaian gospel artist, Worship leader, and Songwriter, Joe Mettle has released his highly-anticipated 6th album, dubbed ‘The Experience’.
The album, which consists of 13 masterfully crafted tracks, features recently crowned VGMA Male Vocalist of the year, MOG Music, Glass Award founder and American Gospel Artist, Michael Stuckey, the sensational Pastor Isaiah Fosu-Kwakye Junior, Pastor and Worship leader, Eric Jeshurun, and the amazing and spirit-filled Dunsin Oyekan.
Speaking to Joy News’ entertainment desk about why it took so long to release the landmark album, Joe Mettle said: “I think the whole Pandemic was part of the reasons we had to wait that long to bring out an album but little did I know that during the pandemic God was preparing something inside of me.” He added that the album is based on the unique personal experience he had with God during the pandemic, an experience he could not wait to share with the world.
“… each song on the album has a [unique] experience it brings you. Some bring you encouragement, some draw you into the Spirit, others draw you in the mood of rejoicing and celebration…,” he added.
The Experience comes just in time to commemorate 10 years since Joe Mettle’s first album was released. The celebrated worship leader has over the years served fans and gospel lovers with great albums such as “Wind of Revival”, “God of Miracle”, “The Encounter”, “Sound of Praise” and “Gratitude”.
Joseph Oscar Nii Armah Mettle, as he is known in real life is the first gospel musician to win the VGMA Artist of the Year award in his genre in 2017.
